We specialise in Selective interior & exterior demolition, providing skilled labor for the non-structural demolishing of spaces within or attached to a structure usually in preparation for reuse and upgrading of the spaces within. This work includes interior wall, ceiling & flooring removal, and selective exterior structural demolition.

How long does a typical demolition project take? expand_more
Residential: Kitchens and bathroom demos typically can take less than one day to complete and the entire interior of a home can take a few days to a week to complete.
Commercial: Our crews on average can demolish and remove 1,000 sq ft per day.
Do you handle the cleanup and debris removal? expand_more
Yes! We take care of all the cleanup. Debris generated from our demolition is loaded into trucks or dumpsters and hauled off to licensed construction & demolition recycling centers that convert waste into reusable materials.
Are you licensed and insured? expand_more
Yes! We are fully licensed with most Long Island & NYC building departments, municipalities & agencies related to building construction and waste removal. We are required to have insurance policies that cover risks related to bodily injury, property damage, and employee injuries on the job. These are general liability insurance, auto & truck insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
What safety measures do you take during demolition? expand_more
Our crews are trained & “certified safe’ with all OSHA construction standards & policies. Each crew member is required to complete OSHA standards courses and receive a minimum of 40 hours of training in worksite safety before they can be employed by us & join our demo crews.
How do you ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding area? expand_more
We take every precaution to protect the spaces outside of our work area. The use of curtain walls and other dust mitigation equipment to minimize the impact of our work on the rest of your home or business.

Our demolition work is primarily done with the use of skilled manual labor crews, hand tools and equipment. Trucks and dumpsters are used for transporting demo waste from the site.
